Is Your Child Emotionally Ready? (For Parents)

A 10 Question Assessment, understanding your child’s emotional capacity where they’re strong, where they need support, and what Inner Literacy Education could change for them.

Before You Begin:

This assessment is not a diagnosis.

It is not a test your child passes or fails. It is a mirror designed to help you see your child’s emotional world more clearly. To notice what’s working, what’s struggling, and where the gap lies between what they feel and what they can express.

Most children in India are assessed on academics, behaviour, and social skills. But no one assesses the one thing that drives all of these: their emotional capacity

This assessment looks at 5 core areas of emotional readiness:

Body Awareness : Can your child recognise physical signals of emotion (tight chest, clenched fists, racing heart)?

Emotional Vocabulary : Can your child name what they feel beyond “fine” and “angry”?

Self-Regulation : Can your child pause before reacting when overwhelmed?

Relational Intelligence : Can your child navigate friendships, conflict, and family dynamics withawareness?

Self-Trust : Does your child have quiet confidence in who they are, even under pressure?

How to take this assessment:

Read each question. Choose the answer (A, B, or C) that best describes your child most of the time not on their best day, not on their worst day. Be honest. This is for your eyes only.

At the end, your score is added up and your personalised result is emailed to you.
