Does Any of This Feel Like You?
- You overthink everything and your mind won’t switch off even at 3 AM.
- You’ve lost yourself somewhere between being a wife, a mother, a daughter-in-law and you can’t remember who YOU are.
- Your child is intelligent but emotionally struggling and no school, tuition, or summer camp in Ahmedabad teaching Inner Literacy Education and addressing what’s really going on inside them.
- You’re exhausted from holding everything together while everyone assumes you’re “fine.”
- You feel something needs to change but you’re tired of being told to “just think positive.”
- You want your child to have the emotional foundation that you never received growing up.
If even one of these felt like your story, you’re in the right place

What Makes This Different
What Makes RAS ESHA Inner Literacy Education Different from Everything Else Out There

This is not motivation. We don’t pump you up and send you home. We build emotional capacity that lasts. This is not therapy. We don’t diagnose or treat. We educate, we teach you how your emotional education system in ahmedabad works so you can work with it, not against it.
This is not generic self-help. No “just think positive.” No vision boards. No manifestation shortcuts. This is precise, NLP-based emotional repatterning grounded in neuroscience and lived experience.
This is Inner Literacy Education, the one skill set that no school, tuition, or coaching program in Ahmedabad or anywhere in India teaches. Understanding how your mind, body, and emotions work together. For children. For women. For families.
Gujarat’s first. India’s most needed.

Founded By RasEsha Rabari
India's Leading Inner Literacy Educator for Children & Women
RAS ESHA was not built from a business plan. It was built from lived experience, relationships, responsibility, loss, rebuilding, and the quiet, relentless work of
understanding emotions in everyday life.
It was created from one powerful observation: most of us were never taught how to be with what we feel. So we learned to manage, adjust, perform, and carry on often without clarity, without support, and without understanding.
RasEsha holds space through presence. She believes real change does not come from pressure or fixing. It comes from being seen, heard, and supported while you find your own way forward.
With over 8 years of mastery in NLP and Neuro-Associative Conditioning, ICF ACSTH coaching certification, and 300+ individual clients across Gujarat and India RasEsha
brings a rare combination of clinical depth and lived compassion to every program, every session, and every life she touches.
BRAND ESSENCE
RAS · ESHA · RASESHA
रस RAS
रस RAS speaks to the emotional essence of life. The part of us that responds before we explain, justify, or control. The unspoken language of the body, the heart, and the inner world.
It reconnects us with our natural emotional intelligence. RAS allows us to experience life with greater awareness, depth.
एषा ESHA
एषा ESHA points to movement. The inner pull to seek, to understand, to grow, and to choose consciously. The courage to stop adjusting and start living.
It is that moment when survival gives way to conscious choice. It is a movement that invites us to step beyond old patterns and create a life aligned with who we truly are
RAS ESHA
Together, RAS ESHA represents a journey of staying present with life while moving forward with awareness instead of avoidance, with honesty instead of performance.
It’s a process to live. Emotions quietly shape our life from childhood to womanhood, from relationships to identity. RAS ESHA exists to build emotional independence before life begins demanding it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is RasEsha Rabari?
RasEsha Rabari is an Inner Literacy Education expert and emotional wellness architect based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With 9+ years of practice. Certified NLP Master Practitioner. ICF ACSTH Certified Coach, Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC) Expert, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500RYT) and an Author. 300+ individual clients across Gujarat and India she works with children, women, and families at the intersection of emotional education and real-life transformation.
She is the creator of The Becoming : Gujarat’s first Inner Literacy Education program for children aged 8–14 and Fearless You : an emotional freedom retreat for women.
She is also a mother of two grown adults (ages 26 and 28), which means she doesn’t teach parenting from theory, she teaches it from having lived every stage.
What is Inner Literacy Education?
Inner Literacy Education is the practice of teaching children how their mind, body, and emotions work together in simple, age-appropriate ways they actually understand and use.
It is the one subject no school in India teaches. Not therapy. Not personality development. Not behaviour correction. Education for the inner world. It covers body awareness (recognising emotions in the body before they become behaviour), emotional vocabulary (naming feelings beyond “I’m fine” and “I’m angry”), self-regulation (choosing a response instead of being hijacked by a reaction), relational intelligence (navigating friendships and family with awareness), and self-trust (knowing who you are without needing external validation).
Gujarat’s first and only Inner Literacy Education program is The Becoming created by RasEsha Rabari, running every Sunday in Ahmedabad for children aged 8–14.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is not therapy, not counselling, and not a substitute for clinical treatment. This is education and coaching built on NLP and Neuro-Associative Conditioning.
Therapy addresses diagnosed conditions. This work builds emotional capacity, awareness, and practical tools for everyday life. Think of it this way: therapy helps you heal what’s broken. Inner Literacy Education and emotional wellness coaching build strength so things are less likely to break in the first place.
If you are currently in therapy, this work can complement it beautifully. Many of my clients work with therapists alongside our sessions.
Which program is right for me?
If your child (aged 8–14) is emotionally struggling with outbursts, withdrawal, screen dependence, difficulty expressing feelings, The Becoming is designed for them.
If you’re a woman feeling emotionally exhausted, invisible in your roles, or carrying everyone else’s weight, Fearless You (retreat) or 1:1 coaching is your path. If you’re unsure, take one of our free assessments, the Understanding Your Child form for parents or the Carrying Too Much assessment for women and book a free 15-minute discovery call. I’ll tell you honestly which path fits.
Do you offer programs outside Ahmedabad?
The Becoming runs every Sunday in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in-person only. The power of this program comes from physical presence, group dynamics, and the safety of a held space that cannot be replicated online.
Fearless You retreats are held in nature locations across India not limited to Ahmedabad. 1:1 emotional wellness coaching is available both in-person (Ahmedabad) and online so location is not a barrier for individual work.
What if I'm not sure which program is for me?
Start with a free assessment. If you’re a parent, fill the Understanding Your Child reflection. If you’re a woman exploring this for yourself take the Carrying Too Much assessment.
Both take 5 minutes and give you immediate clarity. After that, book a free 15-minute discovery call. I’ll listen to your specific situation and recommend the right path. There is no pitch on this call. If nothing I offer is the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly.
What results can I expect and how soon?
Parents typically notice the first shifts within 3–4 weeks. Not dramatic overnight changes quieter ones: fewer outbursts, calmer conversations, a child who starts sharing what’s bothering them with words instead of behaviour.
By the end of 3 months, the shift is clear in how the child handles frustration, communicates needs, and relates to the family. For women in 1:1 coaching, most clients report a noticeable internal shift within 3–4 sessions.
Retreat participants often describe the change as immediate and lasting.
Is this only for people with "problems"?
No. Most parents who enrol their children in The Becoming don’t come because something is “wrong.” They come because they want their child to have an inner foundation that no school provides before life demands it.
Most women who come to Fearless You or 1:1 coaching are not in crisis. They are high-functioning, capable, and successful and quietly exhausted from performing “fine.” You don’t need to be broken to seek depth. You just need to be honest.
