Participants stay in twin or single-sharing accommodation and are offered nourishing vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals throughout the retreat. The experience includes guided emotional awareness and inner work sessions, reflective practices, and practical tools designed to support clarity, emotional regulation, and self-connection. Participants also receive access to a private post-retreat integration space, allowing the work to continue beyond the retreat itself.
